COMMERCIAL PURITY PSA NITROGEN PLANT

Our commercial purity Nitrogen Plant/Generator operating on PSA technology, consists of twin tower system filled with special grade of imported carbon molecular sieves (C.M.S.) at a time, one tower keeps in production cycle and other in regeneration cycle. When compressed air passed through C.M.S. bed, the molecules of oxygen, moisture & other unwanted gases are adsorbed on surface of C.M.S. And the nitrogen which is not adsorbed by C.M.S comes out of adsorption tower and is collected in a surge vessel. Two adsorption towers are provided which are interconnected with auto change over valves controlled by a sequence programmer(PLC). When one tower saturates with oxygen the process automatically changes over to another tower.This ensures the continuous production of the Nitrogen gas.

ULTRA HIGHLY PURE NITROGEN PLANT

This model is well suited for the sintering or metallurgical process where even the small amount of the oxygen is unacceptable .In compliance to such requirement , our PD based nitrogen plant gives the oxygen as < 3 ppm and hydrogen about > 0.5%

HYDROGEN FREE PURE NITROGEN PLANT

Our hydrogen free pure nitrogen plant can give up purity of Nitrogen above 99.5% upto the 99.999% .This also works on the same principal as the commercial nitrogen plant but the special grade of CMS helps to achieve this purity.Such plants are basically used in the chemical industry.

ULTRA HIGH PURE NITROGEN PLANT (WITHOUT HYDROGEN)

In various Industries like Electronic, Synthetic, Hi-tech and synthetic fibre where even the very small amount of hydrogen is unacceptable for the process.So, our NE-SHN model of nitrogen generator which uses the Cu-deoxo catalyst , provide the almost hydrogen free and oxygen free nitrogen gas.

MEMBRANCE BASED NITROGEN PLANT

The membrance based nitrogen plant uses the nitrogen separation membrance for the separation of the pure nitrogen from the air.The Nitrogen separation Membrane is a cylindrical bundle of hollow fiber fine tubules made from polymer material. Each bundle contains several million fibres. The membranes act like a filter with no moving parts and continuously generate nitrogen at selected flow rate and purity

When the compressed air is fed through the one end of the membrance , the slow permeating nitrogen gas is separated from the fast permeating fluids like oxygen, hydrogen and water vapour,which in turn is either stored for use at product use or for further processing The nitrogen membrance used by us is quite reliable as it has no moving parts, it is free from vibration, shocks and chemically resistant to grease, oil etc.Apart from this it can operate between the temperature range -40 to +60 °C.
